Default "never touch a germy soap pump again"

Sorry but this advert ****s me off so much (well in comparison to other adverts).
What do you do immediately after touching that dirty soap pump?
Yes, wash your hands!

There, I said it - mini rant over.

What annoys me more than that is watching the way the people in the ad are getting their hands dirty in the first place.

Almost as bad as the New York Bagel advert where a girl puts a filled bagel straight into a pink fluffy rucksack.....WTF??? Wrap the thing in cling film at least.

Yes Dave, I am with you on this one!

Yes! idiots all of them. (or maybe I am for taking notice!) . Just another wasteful, pointless, overpriced (I assume) product .

And yeah, what was with that rucksack?! Was it supposed to represent the young, trendy, unhygienic newyork bagel eaters of the world?

pah.

I'm with you on this one too Dave.

What happened to Dettol just being used to treat cuts. Now they push this kill all the germs in one go stuff at us too.

Load of rubbish and my kids get dirty, because its good for their immune system, this stuff is only going to breed resistant strains

Interestingly, my Brother in Law is always using this stuff and runs an immaculate clean and tidy house, incl the kitchen. Him and his kids are always ill, whereas me and my kids are only ill once in a while.

As soon as you've cleaned it, new germs are floating down on top of the area you've just cleaned.

Clean yes, but not using this stuff

War of the worlds is one reason why we need gems

lidl brand swarfega or supermarket's cheapest pump soap are my weapons of choice, why would you ever need more?

Yeah I'm a grubby **** but like you say there's got to be correlation between this and how often you're ill. In the last 4 years I've been off work 'sick' 3 times. Once for an allergic reaction to something a doc gave me (knew I shouldn't have trusted a doctor ), and twice for crashes. And we're only talking a few days here.

MBK - you ill much?

i'm with Dave on this one. most everyday germs are not harmfull its the ones that you dont normaly come in contact with that are the dangerous ones. your immune system needs to build up a 'catalouge' of germs so your body can fight them off when you come in contact. i get ill maybe once a year (a cold) and thats a maybe.

Hmm, shat on my theory. I'll find another example...

Define 'proper minging'
Non cleansed hand pumps? Bike grease? Bin food?
