Already done - dealer sent me letter asking when they could have it back to do the rectification & whilst it was there would I mind if they re-routed the clutch cable too as although NOT a safety issue they have found a better route for it.

When I took it in I mentioned a few rust spots that I wasn't happy about inside the rear hub - the result ? "That's not right - the bike's only 18months old isn't it ? Ok, do you mind if we replace the entire swingarm / final drive system ? It's just that it's a damn site easier then taking the rear end apart just to replace the hub" !!

Maybe it shouldn't have happened in the first place - but you can't knock service like that !!

That is good service indeed. Suzuki are replacing both my front forks under warranty due to hairline cracks in the compressions adjusters
