Question Fuel escaping out of SRAD carbs all over the bike - advice required

Just started the SRAD race bike up to flush the oil through and change the oil and filter ready for this weekend.

This is the first time it has been started since it was crashed and caught (briefly) on fire.

Once started I saw a puddle collecting under the bike, so I shut it down. This was lucky as it was petrol. Initially I was hoping it was a loose hose, but on investigation it seemed to be seeping out of the lower half of the carbs/underside on the side towards the battery/fuel pump. I removed the carbs and attached back to the fuel supply, once the ignition (and fuel pump) primes there seems to be a lot of fuel seeping out, but I can't identify exactly where.

Here are some pictures of the carb undersides, the side that seems to be leaking.

The side is the side in the top half of this picture:

More detailed view of two of the carbs and the offending area:

So does anyone know what the problem is?

Could something have dried out?

Could some of the dry powder extinguisher have caused something to leak?

Is there anything else, something stuck, jammed etc?

Any advice is heartily welcomed, I'm running out of time to sort this all out before racing at Dijon (two countries away!) this weekend.

Get a sponge with a bit of water on it and washing up liquid, blow into pipe and sponge some bubbles on... where it blows bubbles is your leak.

Could be so simple as a hose or one of the gaskets on those yellow coloured parts.

Lovely electric fuel pump on SRAD just to make sure no leak is a small leak

Then again, it needs a lot of flow with the amount it will sup when given the appropriate amount of rice

I had my tank off my drz a couple of months ago and must have disturbed some sh1te cos it caused the float to stick and pi55 fuel out.
Might be worth checking the floats arent sticking if thats the area where they are leaking.
I wacked some redex in tank and its been fine since but i do wanna find a smallish petrol filter to stick in the pipe to stop crap getting in again.

No obvious bubbling around the carbswhen blowing down the fuel line, breather tube blocked with mole grips. Some air escaping but within the carbs.

I don't think the floats are jammed as when blowing if I tilt the carbs to a certain angle it becomes really hard to blow. I reattached them in case they had been jammed , turned on the ignition and got exactly the same problem again

Is There's a tube missing tim? A small black tube links those two parts together and its not there? I'll ring it in a photo

Should these not have connector tubes on them? Check on the spare carbs you got with the bike.

If its not that then its likely to be a stuck float or a piece of toot in the float valve seal.

Also check of the slider is working OK in that carb as that one stuck closed on me in the past. A quick wiggle and it started to move again.

Problem finally solved, the dry powder had shrunk the float chamber seals.

After swapping the seals and outer chambers over from the spare set (a number of hours trouble shooting/fixing this evening) and all was sorted.

On start up as the bike warmed it smoked a bit, a drop of oil here and there getting burnt off?

The belly pan was removed and was found to be slopping about with petrol, we were only moments away from fire number 2!

The bike will be going racing now, via Germany to borrow some calipers as my spare brake parts haven't arrived yet....

An early start tomorrow. Time to eat now!
