Broken speedo drive & regulator.
I have a k2 sv650s. Does anyone know if i can buy a speedo drive from any year sv? also I belive the regulator/rectifier is dead, I still have to test this but if it is ive heard you can replace with a honda one. Just wondering why people do this are they more reliable/cheaper?

I have a K2 sv650s, and when I bought mine the seller told me the reg/rec had been replaced with a gsxr600 one. No idea what year though.
