First and formost relax! It is like a ride with no on road maneuvers

Use your mirrors about every 5-10 secs
makes sure the gaps you have are big enough for two bikes
your instructor should tell you everything that can be asked question based

what bike will you be taking your test on

Just think of the examiner as a satnav.

Also one of the things I got a minor for was road positioning (stay in the middle of your lane when you can), and undue hesitation because I stopped because of a parked car on my side of the road, to let a car on the other side pass. Examiner said I should have gone through the gap. That said, it's better to be over cautious than to take risks, so if you are faced with a 'gamble' situation, go for the minor rather than playing chicken with another vehicle¬!

don't mow down the examiner when he steps in front of you for the emergency stop.
