They are kinda road tyres, i did think at the time the foot pump was an accident but after watching it again im not sure

People think the public roads and old byways belong to them but in reality unless they get an official thing done by the local council there is fook all they can do.
They buy these farms etc knowing full well there is green lanes in close proximty which they probably use to get to other parts of their property, but dont like other people using them, 4x4's (you can legally take these down most of them as well) dont help the situation cos they do more damage whereas our dirt bikes do none.

Yeh I would have gone back to have a word if that was me. Or throw it back lol

See at the start on the road with the gravel in the middle. Is it any different riding on that with road tyres than off road tyres?

Not really, my tyres are ok on gravel etc, they struggle on slippy mud.
They are a good compromise, i love throwing it around on tarmac so dont want a knobbly, but cant be too adventurous with them.
The bike does slide around a lot though, part of the fun.

Just go on the OS maps and look for boats, byways open to all traffic etc, we didnt have a clue when we started but you just look for them.

the problem is that even if you know what to look for, they do not exist. Take Lancashire my own county and look at the official blub to find BOATS

http://www.lancashire.gov.uk/environ...reas/audit.asp So in the whole county there is about 3 BOATS adding upto about 5 miles length. Hardly worth buying a suitable bike for.

Im no expert, but its just not boats you can ride, byways unsuitable for motor vehicles or similar are ok as well.
Ralph knows more than me on this stuff, but they are miles upon miles of these things if you take the time to look, there is in the midlands anyway
