Saw a guy down Poole Quay last Tuesday with the same sort of thing! Was on a trike though so i guess it wouldn't be so traumatic for the dog!

I reckon my cat would love it. He likes sitting in a box while I push it round the house at high speed, or being pulled along in a big Ikea bag.
