as it says does anyone know the right size? - ive consulted all the manuals and none give the size away! - i've tried to measure it but it's in a awkward position & not easy to find out ..............

I found my regular socket set didn't go up to 32mm so I ended up buying a six-point impact socket. Shouldn't break that one any time soon.

32 was spot on the right size.. had to buy one out of halfords for £6 quid ... to confirm all sockets sets that have this size were expensive so it was not worth buying a whole set just for one.

Thanks.

What, you are a tool amateur. My sockets go up to 60mm. Ask Andy Saxon I showed him the big boys set. My little boys set goes to 34 and I have a 36 in the tote box for the back axle nut
