Right, i am considering marketing and selling my bbq rib dry rub and sauce mix, but before i invest anything into it, i would like to have a few people test it out for me at home and report back on both the flavour and how easy it is to follow the packet instructions.
So, i would prefer it to be people who have had ribs regularly and will know good ribs when they have them and you'll need to be able to buy a couple of racks of pork ribs and have ketchup, white wine vinegr or normal vinegar and runny honey. If you want to be my guinea pig and let me send you a sample, please put your name below and form a list. I'll close the list if it gets to 20 as it will get too expensive otherwise. MBK has just had some for lunch, but i'll let her tell you if she liked them. All you'll need to is report back and tell me honestly what you think, good or bad. Ta x |

You might want to speak to my other half Jax, as shes a trained chef and is much better at these things then I can ever be. I'll just end up saying it tastes nice.

Ooh, Send me some please GG. I normally save my rib cooking for the barbi but will happily do em in the oven and be a pig for you
![]() I normally do my ribs with some kind of sticky marinade or another, sometimes jerk them too (oo err) so i have some idea of what good ribs are. just need to find a local butcher as the supermarket ribs are all bone and no meat.

I only eat ribs once or twice a year, but I could make an exception if it's really tasty.
