2000 SV650s- spares or repairs(easily repaired)

This bike is easily repaired but I've got my eyes set on a CBR or a ninja; I'm happy to part exchange with money your way if anyone has either in a good condition. I'm asking for £800 otherwise; I honestly believe this to be an absolute bargain but my impatience is forcing me to go that low!!

Things that need sorting out:

Front brake and clutch levers- both have snapped at the tip; there's enough to hold on to nonetheless and they both work as they should!
Rear brake needs sorting out
It appears that there's some oil leakage somewhere.
Visible scratch to right tail fairing.

Everything else is intact as it should. Sorry for the lack of current pictures but not much has changed from the attached pic minus the exhaust,lower fairing and visible scratch on the tail fairing...All other fairings are in a good condition.
