Default Rev counter calibration?

hi.. all i did a blue LED cluster mod. the problem i have is that my rev counter is not accurate its about 800rpm out how do i re calibrate it? and i have sum spare blue LEds for free... they are fantastic for your cluster... thanks all... the best mod around. they look amazing...

Only issue is that blue light is hard to focus on and will make your eyes tired VERY quickly, not to mention messing up night vision as your eyes struggle to adjust between the blue of the clocks and the road ahead...

Red would have been better if you wanted to chav it up...

can you calibrate it? I thought it was just an electrical pulse from the front coil. Take the needle off and put it on again 800rpm in the right direction ?

Take the needle off and glue it on 800rpm further round

It's a push fit onto spindle of the little motor, you probably put it back on in wrong place.
