Heavy Metal Fans?

Any heavy metal fans? Anyone like children of bodom?

They got a new album out soon (forgot when) and I, for one, am ruddy excited.

Makes me wanna blow my next loan installment on a new pointy guitar

etc.

not heard of children of whatsit though.

I haven't really heard much. Aren't they from Finland?

Would you recommend them?

I think it's sometime around the 8th it comes out. Got it pre-ordered so jus gotta wait for it. Heard most of the songs from it on youtube. Sounds pretty good. Seems like it's going to be better then 'Are You Dead Yet'

anywho, i prefere the 80's and 90's bands, and TBH tend not to bother listening to new bands as most of them suck

I have loved CoB for a long time now but went off them pretty quickly when they released "Are you dead Yet?" and "Hate Crew Deathroll". They seem to be succumbing to the classic In Flames/Soilwork scandinavian metal decline that is happening at the moment. I will check out the new album, but I don't hold my breath.

Anyone getting into them, get albums like Hatebreeder or Follow the Reaper.

although after hearing they covered a britany song it does not suprise me.
