If you can (see what I did there ) fit a DbKiller to your can, just requires drilling a hole to bolt the Dbkiller in the end spout of your end can if it has one?

Can't tell from your pic

Easy to find a Dbkiller on Ebay too. I'm sure I've got the bits of one in the garage,

Change your tester. Mine thinks a loud can is an essential safety feature. Besides which ask him how he decided it was to loud. There is no noise test required for an MOT. Simply a subjective assessment.

Following on from TW,

Ring round a few places (as if it's your first MOT, not that you were recently failed) and ask them.

Did with mine, was told it would probably pass without the baffle as subjective these days, but a baffle would help.

Why would you need a new clutch lever for MOT? If it's rideable it's passable
