Default Always pack yer shovel.

Bu^^er. East London to Oxford fine (sheet ice on slow lane of M40 aside ). End of my road to my garage took about an extra 30-40min! still, i got to practice my burnouts

Have two shovels, wellies, hi-vis coat, bag of salt, tow rope etc in back of my 4x4. Had no need of them yet.

The bike is in the garage and will stay there while all this snow and ice is around - I'm nesh!

My neighbour (who has a 4x4) came out, i thought to help, but instead he had a go because I had moved the snow in such a way it might make it more difficult for him to drive out??? WTF!!! Still, the most fun you can have at walking pace on a bike.
