Buy a new one ,that one has a hole in it.
Remove the valves, clean out with rubbing paper till shiney, clean the valve stems and relap the valves back in with compound. Making sure your ports are clear and clean also.

Doesn't have to be perfect, Its just going to coke back up again as soon as you use it

That head looks fime though and it looks like your inlet valves are running a little hotter than your exhaust valves there.

If you re using the wire brush make sure you don't use it on the sealing area!

I think you have them the wrong way round. The inlet valves are the larger ones.

That all looks pretty good. One usually sees similar deposits on exhaust valves is healthy engines. This is due to the exhaust valves getting blinking hot gases running across them.

While you're there you may as well remove the valves & give them a good clean up, & lap them in. Don't forget to replace the stem seals while you're at it.

I find that an effective scaper for the combustion chamber can be made from a piece of flattened copper tubing, with the flattened end filed or sanded to suit. This wont scratch the cylinder head, & one can shape it easily to accomodate the curves in the chamber.
After using abrasive paper or wire wool to clean the valves. Make sure you remove all traces of them before re assembling the hea Cleanliness is next to....etc.

Cheers.
