Default Carol Nash 6 Wheel Policy

Just a quick heads up regarding Carol Nash's new service.

I just gave them a call to get a quote on a sub £2000 Seat Arosa 1.4 and they quoted me over £1400 for fully comp even though I'm almost 30! For some reason they insisted I bought fully comp. cover and couldn't quote on any other cover.

A quick comparison on the Tesco website gave me £586 fully comp, or £511 TPFT.

Bit annoyed as I've always rated Carol Nash

Yeah, I was the same, the quote was way more than insuring the 2 seperately.

Same for me - much more expensive than two seperate policies.

Also, you have to be over 25 for them to even quote you.

I just got a quote and they wanted more just for the car than I pay for the car and the bike put together on 2 policies.
I'd hoped that you would be spliting all the legal cover and breakdown cover between the 2 vehicles and it would save a fortune!

I've always had good quotes for mulitbike policies. Shame, I would have considered swapping car insurance company to Carol Nash.
