Hey.
Got a long flight coming soon and so would like some noise reducing head phones. I don't want to spend loads of money as I'll only be using them the once really. Cheers Scott |

Just buy the ones which fit inside the ear, they'll cut out most of the noise
These aren't proper noise cancelling, but I know a few people have recommended these http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sennheiser-I...5776552&sr=8-1

I bought an expensive set of Bose Quietcomfort 15s, I use them all the time. They are superb, great for zoning out office noise at work.
These things really help me concentrate when I'm reading/studying. |

I bought my wife some Sony in ear type with noise cancelling off amazon for about £40, they are brilliant and really work, you cannot hear anything apart from the music.

I got some cheap over ear jobs from Tandy a few years back for a transatlantic trip and they were not bad. The in ear ones I have now are much better and are good for zoning out in the office to concentrate on things. They are MUCH better than normal headphones for cutting back on the white noise from jet engines.

Try these goldring ns1000 http://www.play.com/Electronics/Elec...rlrefer=search.. great price and have rave reviews. I bought a pair and use them at home. Nice case and fold away well. Comes with aircraft adapter. Much better than my sony in ear for quality and are very comfortable.

From what Ive heard, noise cancellings are never that good. Just buy some big ones that cover the whole of your ear. In ears can never replicate the same feeling as big headphones, and they block sound out pretty well. |
