Lads, ever had your hoop probed ?

Thought that might attract a bit of attention, well I hope so anyway, came back from a brill weekend in Scotland on monday afternoon to find my father in law has been diagnosed with prostate cancer, it was caught early, in fact it was a result of a well man check at his local GP and his prognosis is good, nontheless if he hadnt have gone for a check up it may not have been picked so early. So, if like me you are of a certain age, go and see a GP and get a probe done, you never know, you might quite like it.

Nope. What do they do? - in broad terms, no need to be graphic.

They put their finger up your ****.

I beleive a finger is inserted into the back passage and and the doctor feels for any abnormalities in the prostate gland, at least that my understanding, its only a basic check but can lead to further checks if neccesary, its a few moments of embarrasment that might save your life

By the way when I say back passage I mean the anal cavity not the ginnel at the back of house ,

Oh... probs worse for the doc than the patient.

Hmmm...

As blokes we need to keep on top of our health, more men die of prostate cancer than women do of breast cancer, yet prostate is apparently easier treated with potentially better results

Another warning sign is needing to go for a p*ss frequently or more frequently than might normally be the case...
