can anyone offer some advice as to which one of these i should purchase?

Is it the standard oil that's in there now? Unless you know what's presenty used, it's hard to know how the varying properties of the outwardly same viscosity oil will affect things. It would be best to use oil from the same manufacturer as different makers oils can vary quite a bit, so unless you know just pick one, there's no 'best' oil.

Unfortunatly i can not find mobil1 synthetic 10w fork oil anywhere. Im heading towards the castrol myself.

On that basis, I'd suggest finding the viscosity (cSt) for the OEM fork oil and blending two grades to the required viscosity.

FWIW, I prefer Redline suspension fluids.

No... I get the pun, but there is quite a bit of difference in suspension performance between one companies 10W at say 29cSt and another companies 10W at 52cSt.
