As above I've been offered, anyone know whether it would be a good upgrade for a heavy rider like me And anyone know about the facts and figures for them
Thanks Josh |

if the length is right and the top eye is the correct diameter then all you would need is a bottom fork to fit the sv as looking at one its an eye on the bottom. also looking at the pictures of one it looks like it would drop straight in if you got the bottom fork.
if your getting it for nowt than go for it as it must be better than the stock sv one |

I'll be paying for it, but don't know how much yet. By bottom fork is that the linkage you mean? The fella said that he used it for 4 rounds of minitwin racing and it just fitted fine, but god knows if it would be a better a shock than a zx10 one since it is an aprilia one

if he has used it for minitwin on an sv then he must have already done the lower fork swap.
the weight depends on what spring it has on it. |

cheers dyzio.,
latest pm from seller it was off a 2004/5 rsv mille the length from eye to eye centre is 345mm about 10mm longer i am just over 11 stone kitted up and it was used on a k6 which i converted for minitwin racing, it jacked the back end up a bit and was stiffer and had adjustment for what i needed so not sure if anything would have to be moved/cut if you pm your email i,ll get some pics to you i was looking for £75 delivered see now im about 18 stone kitted up, so idk if its any good, and from daviesv's thread he had to machine a part to link it up, which i cant do |

the clevis on the bottom of my nitron looks the same thread size as the pictures that Davie put up if Davie could give us the tread size i can check with my shock. if its the same then nitron would more then likely supply a clevis.
