The final day of testing at Sepang has again gone to Repsol Honda with Casey Stoner taking a new circuit record and breaking in to a sub-two minute lap time.

Rossi and Hayden with identical times? Edwards faster than Lorenzo?

Could be tempting fate but this has the makings of a great season of racing

I know the org collectively hates him,but Ive always rated Stoner.I remember him in club racing when he was a teenager and he has real talent.He could win it this year.

I dont hate Stoner and looking at the Dukes performance just shows how hard he has been riding that thing

Does anyone know if there's been anymore said about the clutch system Honda are using? As in i've heard its technically legal but is it something they are just testing, or will it feature on this seasons bike?

we all know though that these teams are not going to show there ace cards at a test session, likely have power dialled down a few percent or so while they test other parts of the package. pre-season test lap times are fairly useless in predicting future performance.

Practice ain't racing, look how many times in the past Suzuki did really well in testing, come the actual races, nada.

Colin Edwards always does well in testing. Doesn't go for racing thou.

If Rossi is 2 seconds behind then this is real bad. And its too late for radical solutions.

Im not looking too deeply but 2 seconds at this level is a uphill battle.
