Default Cam chain tensioner bolt sheared.

As you know i am in the middle of re-building my engine ........

Learn to maintain your bike, take it apart, rebuild the engine & more (using better bolts ), drop it & fix it again!
K3 Job c.v: Engine:remove/split/rebuild/refit. Replace:Gearbox,Fuel pump,Gaskets. Piston clean,rings. Overhaul:Throttle body,Injectors,Brakes,Forks. Remove/refit:Exhaust,Radiator,Oil cooler,Throttle,Air filter,Tank. Replace: Oil,Coolant,grease,brake hoses & bleed.

I agree with the above summation.

If it sheared on fitting it then an easy-out may actually work.

Dunno wether to do it myself or chuck it into a garage, ive got the two sheared bolts from the front cylinder exhaust head to get removed... not worth the hastle ..... been reading not to buy a cheap easy out ... you know the difference?

Buy some that have dormer or presto on the box.
