Default Big big thanks to YC

Been up at Chris`s house all day, fitted the Maxton fork springs, emulators, oil and ZX10r rear shock I recently bought. I rode home with a grin from ear to ear due to the difference the changes have made. Before the upgrades, if i hit a pot hole the size of a flip flop, the jarring that i got was pretty bad from the front, any dampening was absorbed by my teeth. The forks were like pogo sticks, if i dipped them on the front brake the front would bounce 4-5 times!
When the work was done and i headed home, i`d ridden about 400 yards and was asking myself what was wrong with the bike, another 200 yards i got the answer. Roads in general are actually quite smooth, the lack of bounce around was quite strange for those 1st few yards!! Hitting pot holes before realy hurt me and the bike, i rode half a mile round them if it was possible, i went looking for them on the way home lol, the only feeling i got was like running over a spong, what a relief.
I cant really comment much on the back end because the front has changed sooo much. Far too much fun on the ride home, quicker through bends, smoother and more confidence due to the now working suspension.

Cheers Chris. See u in a couple of weeks for the brakes
