Brilliant pics

Do you track the bike through the viewfinder then snap? I tried setting up my camera for as quick a shot as possible with the available light then waiting for the bike to come in to frame, but it doesn't capture the movement like yours do.

Cheers mate. I just use the 'eye' viewfinder mate, mainly because my camera hasn't got an LCD viewfinder screen and yes do track them for a while before snapping . Took about 200 pics yesterday and 80% were crap , it's definitely trial and error! I have the camera on semi-manual settings and generally just adjust the ISO (yesterday was between 100 and 200 as it was really bright) and the shutter speed. Apparantly 160 shutter speed is good to get the movement but I'm struggling to get a good number of decent shots from that, need more practice on panning as most are blurred, so yesterdays are mostly 200-320 shutter speed which gave a better rate of decent pics.
