Default Will my bro go back on two wheels?

Well will he?

Every year I hear the same bull poo, I am too old, it is just a toy and the bike goes.

In the past few years he has had a GSXR750, Blade, Mille and they go each winter. He has now been bikeless for the past 18 months.

So I have just had the phone call If I can borrow a bike from Ducati, (He means Ducati Manchester) do you want a ride out tomorrow.

So, If he can borrow a bike. (He pinches their van without even asking theses days, and the Wyder trade plates are in his garage) what will it be? and will he get the bug and actually buy a bike.

There is no guarantee that it will be a Ducati, just what they let him borrow?

Yeah, he got it out of the Preston Ducati. Same company as Manchester but it is on sale for £10,000+ on their website. BTW Pete, did you know they let one of their buildings and some enterprising so and so was rigging it out as a skunk factory. Dave got arrested when they got raided. (Before the babies were installed to grow). Letting it out likely story, You dont...

So, it was up to the bridge for bacon and egg, then the Sedbergh road (full of patched potholes and gravel), down to Kendal and over Shap, Didn't do Hartside as it was a borrowed bike, so back down the Kirkstone (more potholes), over to Kirby Lonsdale and back through Arkholme, Caton, Quernmore, Oakenclough, Claughton, Inglewhite, Longridge, Ribchester.

Much fun. Despite being at least 18 month without a bike he was riding like he had never stopped, he reckoned that was down to the bike. However he wants to try out a 749 to see if that is any more flickable on twisties.

As we were gassing at the bridge, his comment. Why should I buy a bike when I can borrow stuff like this. Now I wonder if his mate will lend him a Desmosedici?
