Cheap TomTom Urban Rider V3 Europe

Phoned up to see if I could buy and collect this today, as it's the cheapest I found on the web at £228, retail is £299, most web places are about £250.

Me: I'm looking at your Tom Tom Urban Rider Europe on ebay for £228. If I 'buy it now' on ebay, can I come over and collect it?

Agent: I can do that for £218.xx sir

Me: That's brilliant, thanks! But can I come and collect it?

Agent: Yes, sir you can come and collect it, we will leave it with reception for you.

Me: Brilliant, I'll take one!

Agent: I just need to pass you through to a colleague to take a payment over the phone sir, is that OK.

Me: OK, great

Agent 2: Hello sir, how can I help?

Me: I've been passed over to you so you can take a payment of £218 on a sat nav

Agent 2: Which one sir?

Me: A TomTom Urban Rider Europe

Agent: Hold on a moment sir whilst I get it on my screen. OK, those are £213.xx sir, can I take the long number of the front of your card?
