Default After yet another.....

....bought the wrong bike;http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=165596

Got me thinking, no bike can be the 'be all and end all' can it?

Riding styles, where you like to ride, your frame of mind, Bikes
appearance.. someone's Nicole Kidman will be another's Mo Mowlam, where you like to ride, your preferences... Singles/Twins/Triples/IL4's...., Trailies/Tourers/Sports....

Suppose at the end of the day, a garage with a choice of bikes would be the ultimate ?

What would be in yours?

There's probably no such thing as the perfect bike unless your boring and like just one specific thing.

Mine would be fairly easy, money/space no object...

1) offroad ktm690 type motox type bike
2) repsol cbr1000rr
3) nice trackbike set up
4) vfr800 with complete hard luggage set
5) a custom hardtail chopper of somekind

I've got mine, although to really have the dream I'd like number 999 of the limited edition version

Ooooh.

Something definitely big, probably orange, and probably 990cc with knobbly bits on to go silly touring
An SB8R
Some big 2 stroke, RG500 maybe, set up to work how they should have from new.
I'd custom build a hub center steered GSXR750 or maybe TL1000
A GSXR 7/11 with modern running gear, or possibly an IZAX framed 1100.

Probably other stuff too.
