The back to work thread

Anyone else bored yet or is it just me?
Got stuff to do just having a problem getting my enthusiasm up to speed this morning.

Although I've just booked Thursday off so my week is looking up already, down to 3 days.

I feel the same as you bored and can't be bothered - would get so much more done if I was at home I am sure

yup I'm the same - so much to do so little time and enthusiasm - i'm going to love the sound of those deadlines going past me soon!!

loads to do, just remembered why I don't like my boss too much and I feel ill..

Ah, glad I'm not alone. I'm trying to harangue a co-worker into going to Costa at lunch for a getaway and caffeine infusion
my sympathies 454697819, no fun being at work feeling ill, did that last week for a day and regretted it.

i'm going down for a cappacino and scone in a minute might even have to sit and read the paper too

I have a really rubbish meeting later on today... not looking forwards to that one.

Other than that I've spent £50+ (probably) on the phone to MCE trying to get them to send my insurance documents through

I started well with a trip to the dentist and now my teeth are agony

Think I'm going to risk a tea and banana and surf a few sites- may print off the minutes i need for this afternoons meeting (which means an early finish!)

Well...

I cam in this morning to find that my right hand man, so to speak, has been off with Shingles and it was left to the temp to run the joint. There has also been some other stuff thats happening today that i didnt know about, and thats gone wrong. No paper has been ordered nor has any toner...oh joy of joys.

*Sighs*

I now wonder if i shoudl have TUPE'd over... Guess i;ll never know.

Still its my mums birthday today and her face was a picture when i gave her present this morning. So they day started ok, just went downhill rapidly once the journey to work started.

Its almost Friday
