Textile - BARGAINS!!!
Right, so I'm under orders to clear some space from the store room.
As a result I'm selling some of the textiles that I have accquired over the last few years. Low prices to reflect the condition/fact that I need to get rid quick! All items have just been washed with Nik Wax Techwash. Mens RST textile jacket, size M (prob fit 38-42 inch chest) SOLD delivered. I'm a 40inch chest and this fits well, but would probably fit someone slightly larger or smaller. Good points - full Knoxx armour, elbows, shoulders and back insert. Plenty of pockets inside and out, including a very natty back pocket that pillions find useful for bits and pieces while you're out and about. Removable zip lining - v. warm in winter. Bad points - popper missing on one of the arm adjusters (pictured), velcro fastener starting to fray on one of the cuffs (also pictured). Both easy repairs for someone who knows their way around a needle and thread and has a thingymajig for putting poppers back on. Richa Monsoon textile trousers, size XL (prob fit 32-36 inch waist) - £15 delivered. I'm a 34" waist, 32" leg - these fit great, but would also go a little bigger/smaller. Good points - Knoxx removable CE approved knee protection, hip protection, removable zip liner - very warm and snug in winter. Bad points - small hole on one knee (pictured), burn hole in right calf (pictured). Weise mens jacket, size XL (again would probably fit 38-44" chest) - SOLDdelivered. Good points - Knoxx CE approved shoulder and elbow protection. Knoxx back insert. Double zip at front, mesh inner with with zip removable padded liner. Connecting zip for trousers, sporty/bomber style jacket with neat velcro collar fastening. Bad point - grey 'banding' looks a bit grubby, even though it's been cleaned, I think the colour may have run a little over time. Weise S-type trousers, size M (again, probably fit 32-34" waist) - SOLD delivered. Good points - Removable Knoxx CE approved protection on knees and hips. Lots of adjustment on waist. Zip removable liner, zip connector for jacket. Bad point - the inner lining of the trousers is frayed at the bottom of each leg (pictured). Whilst this doesn't make the external appearance of the trousers any different, it could do with sewing to make it neater. The removable zip/padded liner still fits within the trousers and connects at the bottom of the leg, however the fixing tags could do with sewing. Probably easy repair for someone who could be bothered and knows their way around a needle and thread. I've been as honest as I can with the descriptions, none of these items are mint, however still a bargain for a spare/run around set of textiles. Any questions, please pm me. Ta! Re: Textile - BARGAINS!!!
Does the Weise jacket have a waist zip to attach to a pair of textile trousers?
