Makes me sick.....

Worlds cheapest places to buy unleaded fuel:

1. Venezuela : 3p per litre
2. Saudi Arabia : 8p per litre
3. Tripoli : 9p per litre
4. Ashgabat, Turkmenistan : 12p per litre
5. Manama, Bahrain : 13p per litre
6. Kuwait City : 14p per litre
7. Doha, Qatar : 15p per litre
8. Cairo : 19p per litre
9. Muscat, Oman : 20p per litre
10. Algiers : 20p per litre

WE PAY NEARLY 10X TIMES THIS!!!

I understand import/export add to the price but in Venezuela's case we pay £1.35 more!!

what the average wage though??

Remember the cost of living and salaries etc. In some cases they may only be paying 3p per litre but they may only earn the equivalent of £1 per day.

I dont know if that the case or not for all or any of those counties.

But yes it probably is cheaper else where.

erm, go live in Venezuela then? How is their economy on the whole? Do they pay £2 for a tin of beans? Its pretty much all relative, if we dont pay X for fuel then we get taxed on something else, simple economics really
