Default Engine change - best time

Had to swap out whole engine and gearbox between races last sunday, is 2 hours a reasonable time from paddock to grid?

How many people?

2 hours is very f***ing quick. Been apart of a big repair (New clip-ons, rebuild rear set secure r+g's, swap hoops and on the warmers) and scrut'ing 40 mins

yes we thought it was a bit nippy! Had two well informed mechanics working on each side of bike with a spanner hand helping each and one floating around dealing with issues like: " go buy 4 litres of oil", get the awning up its going to **** down (it did). We also had a nut gun removing all the engine bolts etc which speeded up dismantling. End result was saved points and although disappointed with 4th position it made the experience worthwhile. Just got to get the thing tuned and fuelled properly. It even started first time but with an F1 error code - soon sorted.
