Default My RGV 250 rebuild part 2.

Well after leaving this alone for almost 2 years now I have managed to get some time today to carry on the rebuild. Here's what I have done today.

Over £1000 worth of parts fitted in just a Nitron race shock and reactive suspension rebuilt front forks.

This is what greated me when I took the cover off!

Here's some bike porn to be fitted.

Some billet adjusters.

Piggy back fitted

Rear shock fitted, and all swing arm bearings replaced with new.

Newly powder coated bike wheel, with new tyres, new bearings, new fooking everything.

Dash board refitted and all wired back up

GSXR 750 radial master cylinder fitted

Carbon bling

Carbon bling rear hugger fitted.

Now its beer time. The Tyga exhaust and front wheel are tomorrows jobs.
