K3 650 wont rev up?

when i start the bike it idols a little low and then when i try and bring up the revs it cuts out like its starved of fuel. i had ridden it for 45 mins then got off and left it in the sun for 2 hours then went back to it and thats when the problem arrose, never had any issues before. its got half a tank of fuel in it still.
has anyone else had this problem?
if so any suggestions?

adjust the idle speed to 1300rpm - thats what she should idle at

and check the TPS

what is the tps?

defo check the idle speed tho; i had similar probs with my k4 sv, she was idling at about 900rpm and under heavy revving it would just die.

oh right thanks. what would cause the idol to suddely drop away like that?

not a clue, but with a bump someone more inteligent should find it and comment
