Default Disconnecting Instruments Cluster SK1?

Help,

I'm fitting a new Instrument cluster to my SK1 and I can't disconnect the old one, pic attached. I've tried pulling, pushing, wiggling the tab but nothing works. Is there a trick to this?

Thanks

Make sure the tang is actually disengaging rather than just bending, push the plug in fully first, then press down on the tang to make sure it's out of the way before trying to remove it.
