Attention Spearies!!

Right lads, we need to actually be out there and get some riding done. So I am asking you to get in touch with me and let me know what evening best suits you and from it will post up when we should try to have our runs!!!

As an incentive to get folk together I will be sorting out a BBQ and social event (paintballing ) very shortly, just need to find a BBQ that is big enough.

I'd prefer a weekend day run or something like that top be honest, anyway I can't do anything for the next few days as bike is in bits.

I honestly am bogged down with work (45hr week minimum) & football!

Monday - Gym
Tuesday - 5's then 8's
Wednesday - 5's Sauna then more 5's
Thursday - Pre season
Friday - Gym/drinking
Saturday - Pre season then drinking
Sunday - Hungover or back at the folks

That's my schedule for the next month - 2 months, just let me know when you guys are going out and al see if I can make it
