Question Airline connector leaks?

i haven't a clue about them and have been using what i think are called euro ones on the compressor i got from aldi about 4 years ago. problem is the ones i have leak like a burst fizzy drinks can.

recommendations...

If it's the threads rather than the connectors leaking then PTFE tape will do the job.

its the connectors as i already PTFE tape the threads.

go to your nearest engineering supplies place, they normally stock this sort of thing.

Most engineering suppliers or hydraulic equipment suppliers will have the same type connectors.

Good morning all.


I find that the best connector for smaller airlines is called ISO B12. They're normally available from good industrial suppliers that stock pneumatic fittings, & they don't cost much more than the PCL type shown in the Machine Mart ad.
