First job for him is to get a decent lawyer. Sliding down the road on your ar$e at 107kph might not actually be an offense.

No but they might be able to then book him wth their equiv of dangerous driving....

I swear that I swerved to avoid a deer and fell off.

As I left the vehicle I must have snagged the throttle, causing the acceleration that cause the camera to be triggered.
