Well, as far as Madlanders rideouts go that riding season was rubbish! We've had a couple of sucessful 'anyone going out on Saturday' runs and Phil arranged a camping weekend. That was it wasn't it?

I even resorted to riding into EAR territory to attend a rideout

Do we need to arrange them further in advance? Or get some traditions established? Other sections are organising their end of season rideouts that they do year after year.

Wasn't much better in the EAR either, crap weather didn't help much either

I agree Col, I always try and arrange stuff but nobody can be bothered, I try to make any madlanders rides that happen.

Half of them have turned gay and sold their bikes.

Btw, We need to get back into our laning as well.

Must admit I've been busy this summer, when the weather has been good I've been away.

I'm still planning on the Normandy long weekend April time.

It has been a bit crap yeah. My excuse was my final year of uni (pretty important btw, for those of you who don't know what higher education is ) and now a vast lack of funds. Trying to earn what little money i have resorted to me missing most of the Saturday/Sunday rides too.

Far in advance stuff is a good shout.

We only went on so many rides because we were trying to get away from you mate. No one invited you.
