Default AQuote Insurance

Has anyone else tried to deal with AQuote Insurance?

I stupidly had a policy with them and I've had no end of hassle with them now they have been cheep but their customer service is F-ing awful.

It took them 3 months and numerous phone calls to actually get the documentation in the first place.

When I bought the Triumph they refused point blank to Notify Edinburgh Triumph that I was insured for the bike and once again didn't send me any paperwork, they only changed their mind on the day when I was sitting in the dealers and sent me a email notification that I could forward on.

Now that I have moved on to another company they are struggling to give me my no claims proof. They sent me a letter saying I was to email them and they would forward it. So I did, I got a phone call saying they couldn't send the details until my policy ran out and could I send them another email. So I did, the response was out of this world...

'Unfortunately, we do not have access to the old policy details. Could you please contact 1st Quote on 0208 307 2904 and they should be able to send this to you'

Yes, thats right they've asked me to phone a completely different insurance company who know nothing about me, I know this as I've just phoned them.

I've just phoned AQuotes customer services on their own number and asked once again for the papework.

RANT OVER!!!!

FOR NOW!!!!

sorry for spelling anf general use of English!!!

Did you get a renewal notice from them? That should have your bonus entitlement on it.
