Niall MacKenzie gave it a good write up on Visor Down.

I had a day with Simon at Cartagena in Feb and he's awesome. After meeting and having training from some other big names I was surprised at Simon's enthusiasm for every detail of track riding and fitness. He's like a 19 year old with 100 years track experience

Getting this book and DVD for Christmas!

Just read the book and it makes sense unlike twist of the wrist which was a abit over the top philisofical stuff. Really would recomend to anyone who track rides.

Its more based on track riding where I thought twist of the wrist was road riding.

They are two different diciplines imo.

I got twist part one and two for christmas last year and I only bothered to watch one and thought it wasn't for me. But the dvd had it all based on track maybe that was for safety. But I like the lack of mullets in motovudu as well .
