Who needs Euro ninnies when you've got the Health & Safety elves? We've just had to supply steel toecap boots and a flippin' hard hat (in addition to the hi-viz he already had) for one of our drivers, just so that he could make a delivery to a site that was, technically, still a building site. And when I say deliver, I mean no further into the site than the postman would go. Bl00dy ridiculous.
