Mine's a miserable bitch tonight as well. In fact, come to think about it she's a miserable bitch most nights, that's how I end up spending so much time with you lot.

Well it could be worse, you could be like dj and I, sat on either end of the sofa both on the forum, watching the first part of Hawaii 5 O drinking beer. Does life get any better than this.

This has happened to friends of ours this week. We used to live next door but one, those who came to our old house in Fairlawn Gardens will know the house, next door to the 'No Parking' sign. Nice people. She - 63? He - 67? She was out pruning the wisteria Monday for an hour and a half... when she came in for a brew he wasn't there. She thought he must have nipped out to the cash machine. An hour went by...two hours... three hours... getting worried, she called his mobile and heard it ringing in the house, went upstairs, found it, opened the cupboard doors to find all his clothes gone. Checked the safe - passport and € gone.

That was Monday. The turd hasn't called her to explain, but called his daughter (marriage no 1, wife died) to say that he is safe and well, won't tell her where her is as doesn't want to put her in an awkward position. She told him to call his wife as she is worried sick and terribly terribly upset. So far, not a word. No explanation, no note, no call, no nothing.

What a ****.
