I agree with NtecUK, i wouldn't even class this as winter! It's already getting darker later an the average temperature is mild to say the least. I've been out on my bike plenty of times over December and this month, and i'm a fair weather rider which says a lot.

Pack it up? I've had to take the train to work yesterday and today because of people's birthdays in the evening. Already going mad - I think it would take a lot of snow and ice to make me stop riding.
On another note, anyone notice the trees starting to blossom already? They're seriously confused

Our lilac bush had new buds on in December...very odd. And I think Daffodils were flowering in Wales then too. It has been very mild, and if a Daffodil doesn't think it should pack up for winter then you most certainly shouldn't be, ya pansy

I'm just grateful it's nowhere near as cold as it was this time last year, I've been out on the bike throughout this winter, it's great!

Still riding too. I am a right wuss and feel the cold easily while riding, but I'm still wearing summer gloves too. Whenever it's been dry for a few days, I've been out on the bike. Get it taxed and get riding!

We did have one frosty morning in December I think!

Had made plans to do all sorts of work to my SV this winter when the weather got bad, just can't bring myself to take her off the road even for a few days while the weather is this good.
