Looking at getting a clutch cover gasket and although they're only about £15 OEM, pattern ones are £8.
It's only gasket paper right....how much difference in quality can there be? (In fact I've got a sheet of gasket paper at home, should I just make up my own?) ![]() |

I'd fit a pattern clutch cover gasket no worries (in fact I did just that this very week).
More serious stuff like head gaskets I'd probably go for OEM. |

No problem with pattern head gaskets (well from Italy anyway) either, had OEM and these, exactly the same.
It depends on who the manufactorer is, unfortunatley I through the packaging away so cant recall the name. Last edited by hardhat_harry; 17-02-12 at 05:27 PM. |
