Default I had my bike dynoed today.

Some of you will remember a few threads i started a few weeks back asking about the Curvy cam swap. Well i got it all done and I took it to GP Performance in Berinsfield today to see the results on paper.

Unfortunately i did not do a dyno test before i started the mods, but my butt dyno tells me it makes a lot more power now.

The dyno was a: FUCHS BEI251

The mods to the bike are:

Full Devil Magnum exhaust system
03 onwards intake camshafts in the intake side of the heads.
99-02 intake camshafts in the exhaust side of the heads

I am running the standard air filter and air box, and as far as i know standard jetting.

The results were:

86.3 hp at the crank
79.1 hp at the rear wheel.

I am really happy with the results. The bike is running slightly lean between 5800-7000rpm, i was advised rising the needle slightly will probably fix that. I think i am done with the mods now, i will leave the airbox as it is. My bike is just a road bike, not a race bike!

I'll scan and upload the graphs when i go into uni next.

Thanks for your helpand thanks for lisening

You sure your not got a big bore in the motor.
The irish racers get that from their supertwins

youll be able to keep up with a 600 bandit now, that is untill you snap you crank!
anycase you seem to be getting a decent amount of horse power now,but as others have said
no two dynos will give the same reading and as to calculating hp at the crank its more a guess then
science
