Default Advice needed - rate my tyres.

Looking at replacing the rubber on my bike as the rear is squaring off and it's noticeable when tipping into corners.

I know it's difficult based on pics taken in a dark basement car park, however I'd like some opinions on the condition of the tyres from the pics below. They were taken on my phone and uploaded to photobucket and as such, I can't see them from this (work) p.c. so can't see how they look on a big screen, but hopefully you can make out the profile etc.

The front seems to have quite a bit left in it (I don't have a depth gauge to hand), although the rear is squaring off and has worn the tread in the middle.

I'm thinking I might just get away with a new rear, however they're Roadsmarts and at £250 a set fitted, they're £50 cheaper than a set of Storm Ultra 2's, but I wouldn't want to fit a Storm rear and keep the Roadsmart front. I could bear with the rear for a bit longer, but would prefer to change now, especially as I have a track day coming up.

Finally, the rear has always had a shiny bit on the right hand side (hopefully you can see this on the pics), it looks like oil from a distance or some sort of fluid, but has always been there since new...any ideas? Just a variance in the compound?

Cheers
