Received my first order from WeMoto, took 2 days which was not ideal.
Ordered a 14t front sprocket for the SV650S - they have sent 520 not 525. Fail. Clutch cable to replace my snapped one - just fitted it and its slightly longer than my original, making it a bit messy round the bar area and probably putting more stress on it than there needs to be - assume they have sent me a naked one? I've had to fit the damn thing as my bikes useless without, is this a typical experience with them? |

Sorry to hear of your problems.
I have ordered loads from them over the past few years and they have always been fine and quick. I have started using Robinsons Foundry for the OEM stuff as they will usually have the items in stock and therfore be quicker than Wemoto. |

We've ordered fork seals from them before and they've sent wrong size but they replaced 'em straight away, wouldn't hold it against them. People make mistakes, they're a good company

Bah, just annoyed as I have been bikeless during good weather and this frustrated me.
Clutch seems to function regardless of the cable being too long so that will do for now and I'll buy a genuine one after payday, hopefully avoid this problem again. |

I've used them a fair bit. To be honest, they do seem to make the odd mistake, more often than not, but mostly I end up better off because whenever I've phoned to tell them they've sent the wrong part(s), they've told me to keep whatever they sent and then sent out the right bits.

The sprocket part number 520.14 by chance?. If it is its not a 520 pitch and is the correct one for your bike. The 520 part number is just the part number not the pitch!
Clutch cable if pattern, you takes your chances, some fit well and some dont. OEM arent that expensive at £20.46 and do fit properly. |
