What's a standard exhaust can worth?

I have a standard exhaust can of my SK6, can only covered 4K so is in good shape (on small score not overly noticeable tbh, some swirl marks from cleaning).

Also if someone can tell me how much it is to post something that size??

A tip I once got was, keep it. When you sell the bike on, put the original back on as it won't make much of a difference to the value and then sell the non-standard for more money.

Sorry I can't help with the question, but would guess it would be worth about £80.

only worth what someone is willing to pay, and from what you see on the for sale section, they dont seem to be that popular.

Yep, dealer will prefer OEM exhaust, I've always kept my OEM exhaust

As for re-fitting it to sell, how do you go about that? I cut mine off so id have to get some kinda collar to re-fit it?

Look on Ebay, they've got the collars to refit & you can see how very undesirable oem exhausts are. I'm sure I saw one for 99p a couple of days ago with no bids.

Just spied them on ebay, cheers, I think ill fit the oem can back on to sell it and use the beowulf for something else .

I dumped the one off my curvy and gave the one from my pointy away to the same guy who bought the race can so he could swap it over if he needed to for an mot.
They are worth about bugger all really but for the sake of chucking in your loft, could save you a load of grief if you got pulled or had a pain mot centre.

shouldnt get pulled or have mot problem as the warrior tri oval is stamped road legal
