Default Alternative solenoid for Curvy?

help my starter solanoid has broke , its where the live and nutral main wires goes , has two fuses in it , is it just the suzuki one that will fit , its a sv650s 1999 curvie i have , if order one of ebay will take a good few days to come . i need bike asap so want to see what eles fits , as carnt use bike till i get one

Take it off, take it to local bike breaker and say "one of those or similar my good man" shouldn't be more than a couple of quid.

Quick search using the part number for the relay 31800-21E20 brings up this site http://www.powersportsplus.com/parts...FUdvfAodZTUAdA (american though) and gives a list of bikes that use that same part. Needs to be checked for accuracy though.

Im with Thunderace in that if you take it in to a breakers they should be able to find a match. HTH xGx

Almost any solenoid should be able to be bodged in.

It is a device in 2 parts.

There is the solenoid and the main fuse part.

The solenoid, if desperate, isn't needed. You can just short the terminals together with a spanner to start the bike.

The main fuse is required... but you can directly wire a main fuse to the loom using spade terminals.
