Default Tow bar fitting costs

I'm thinking of getting a tow bar fitted on my little runabout so I can get a bike trailer. Any ideas of what that might cost?

Mine it's me about £100 fitted but guess it would depend on car/location.
Having seen how easy it is to fit one, I'd do it myself next time though.

I wouldn't trust myself to fit it. You're talking about the woman who bought a tail tidy and hugger 11 months ago and they're still in the box!

Believe it or not, there's no drilling involved.
New rules brought in stated that they had to be car specific so it's just a case of lining up the holes in the bar with the holes in your car and doing the bolts up.

I fitted a tow bar on my old escort estate a few years ago and all the holes were in the chassis but indie have to drill a couple of holes thought the boot floor for the wiring and the bolts to go through. Took me less than an hour from start to finish to fit it.
You should be able to get plug and play wiring for it.
What car is it?

BMW 728. So when I refer to it as my little runabout I'm joking, it's a frikkin barge.

Can get a self fit towbar and simple electrics for about £160 but if your not confident in fitting yourself there are a few mobile towbar fitters that will fit at your home or work etc

Some places may charge upto £300 for the towbar though
